Silver River
Transformer Co.

For manufacturers

Building the US representation of Latin American transformer manufacturing.

The buyers are on this side of the border; the plants are on yours. One agreement connects them — and the map is still open.

Talk to us How we promote our plants

Seven plants across Latin America already quote through Silver River  —  10 kVA to 100 MVA  —  representation, not resale  —  write in English, Spanish or Portuguese

Why plants join

You've looked at the US market before.
You know why you didn't go in alone.

01

La planta trabaja a media capacidad, y el mercado que la llenaría está en otro país.

US demand, routed to your floor.

Qualified requests from real American buyers, matched to what your plant actually builds, and brought to you as written slot requests with dates — not badge-scans from a trade show. In your inbox, in your language — English, Spanish or Portuguese.

02

Abrir os Estados Unidos por conta própria custa uma gerência inteira — e dois anos antes do primeiro pedido.

A US sales department, at zero fixed cost.

The commercial front runs from the United States: Silver River funds the US commercial work — outreach, specification handling, account coverage — and the buyer relationship is handled from there. Your cost until an invoice is paid: nothing. No retainer, no entity to open, no payroll, no show budget. Silver River earns its commission when you collect — you pay when you get paid.

03

El comprador americano no firma con una fábrica que no conoce.

The credibility, packaged. The contract, yours.

A US-domiciled company stands in front of the buyer. Your qualification file is built to the buyer's own format, your designs are read by a US-licensed professional engineer, your factory tests witnessed when the buyer's specification calls for it — and the purchase order still lands on your paper, at your price.

04

El intermediario se queda con el margen y con el cliente — y mi factura depende de su flujo.

Transparency, on paper.

Representation, not resale: we never take title, never touch your money, never shop your quote. One request goes to one plant — a second plant sees it only if you are told first. Accounts are registered in writing, slots are confirmed with expiry dates, the fee is agreed at signature. You see everything that moves — process and execution, both on paper.

05

A RFQ chega em inglês pedindo DOE, UL e loop feed. Minha engenharia fala IEC.

Engineering in your language.

An engineering desk sits between the buyer and your floor — led by a US-licensed professional engineer, working in Spanish. Spec-to-quote translation, IEEE/ANSI to IEC/NMX and back, DOE and UL roadmap guidance. Client, Silver River, plant: one line, no telephone game.

A US channel that costs you nothing until you collect, a buyer who signs your paper at your price, and an engineering desk that speaks both languages. That's the offer.

The agreement

From open agreement to anchor. Your call.

One master agreement per plant, signed before any client is named. How far it goes is up to you.

Open track · non-exclusive

Your market stays yours.

No territory taken, no volume demanded. Your home clients, your other export markets, your direct sales — all untouched. Silver River's fee attaches only to the accounts we register together, in writing, one page per client. Sign in peacetime; the first order does the rest.

The default. Most plants start here.

Anchor track · exclusive

Your name on the map.

Want more than orders? Under exclusive representation, Silver River promotes your factory explicitly — your name, your plant, your story, the way we promote US Electric and Transformadores Orión today — and you hold right of first refusal in your territory. One plant per territory. That's the point.

One territory, one plant. The map is open.

After the truck leaves

A US phone in front of your warranty.

A claim in the field, three thousand miles from your plant, is the reason plants stay home. With Silver River it works like this: the buyer calls us, in their hours. We front the call, coordinate service hands in the US — independent test firms, transformer shops — and drive the resolution with your engineers, in your language. Your warranty. Our coordination in the US.

The bar

What we ask of a plant

Buyer qualification rests on documented vetting. Getting in means clearing it:

1Tested, every unit. Certified routine tests per unit; type-test reports for the quoted family.

2Warranted. Manufacturer's warranty from two years, stated on the quotation.

3Open doors. Audit and factory-acceptance access, on paper.

4US-ready designs. Efficiency evidence and a UL path for the designs you'll quote north.

5A record. Export experience — or the quality system and the will to build one.

Clear the bar and the demand is yours to quote. The full vetting, step by step →

Tell us what you build — product lines, kVA range, voltage classes, standards, test capability, export record. In English, Spanish or Portuguese. A partner answers, not a form robot.
